Welcome to Accivio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer professional accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll assistance, tax record preparation, and advisory consultations.

2. Info-Products

We provide digital resources such as e-books, templates, and training modules related to accounting practices.

3. Goods

We sell physical items such as ledgers, calculators, and office supplies relevant to record keeping.

4. Payment

All fees are due in advance via available methods. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment instrument.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:

5.1 Professional Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the booked date, you are eligible for a full refund processed to the original method within 14 business days. If rescheduling is requested, you may transfer your booking to another date at no extra charge if done 24 hours in advance. Service packages explicitly marked as non-refundable are final at the time of purchase due to resource commitment. We justify non-refundability by the allocation of personnel and preparatory work.

5.2 Digital Resources

Digital items can be previewed prior to purchase. Once downloaded, these items cannot be returned. If technical issues prevent access, contact us to receive a replacement link.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment instrument within 10 business days. Products showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service engagements may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours prior. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance incur a 50% fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the total amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or incidental harm.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
